Track and Trace


In order to track your parcel, use the waybill number you have received via email and track you parcel at or the link that was provided.

In case you selected pick up, the address for pick-up will be provided on your order confirmation. You may trace the pick-up process by emailing us with your order number.

Please note, depending on where you are located, your delivery could take up to 5 days to reach you.
